All you need to know about our private skiing courses

How do I receive information about my snow sports instructor and the course I have booked?

How do I receive information about my snow sports instructor and the course I have booked?

Each guest receives personal access to their customer portal where all the important information about the booked courses is provided, e.g. details about your instructor, phone numbers, meeting points and more. You can also conveniently view and pay your outstanding invoices, offers and reservations online. You also have access to the electronic Swiss Snow League, where you can keep track of exactly what you have learned and evaluate your instructor directly online.

Where do I meet my instructor?

You can specify the desired meeting point when booking or select it online. Your meeting point will then also be displayed in the customer portal.

Is the ski school able to cater to my individual wishes?

Of course we will take your booking requests into account. We'll send you a customised quote and you have the option to pay for the offer online using a payment link.

Are the cable car tickets included?

If you're skiing in the ski resort, you need a ski pass to use the cable cars. If you're only using the beginners' area on the Suvretta slope, you do not need a ski pass. The beginners' area is included for ski school students.

Where can I get the rental equipment I need for my booked ski lesson?

The ski school office, the beginners' area and the Suvretta Sports Alpine Centre are all only a few minutes' walk from each other. This means you can rent the equipment you need directly on site. A reservation is not necessary.
