Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of collecting the purchase price, to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations, and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT, and newsletter system. We have entered into a data processing agreement with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

After the purchase process is abandoned, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) and/or (b) (Necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
