Contract terms and conditions
Suvretta Snowsports School. Alpine and Nordic. Summer Camps.
- Free cancellation or modification of bookings is possible up to 14 days before arrival and must be confirmed by Suvretta Snowsports. For changes and cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be charged. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the booking, the full rate will be charged. Cancellations of ongoing bookings will not be refunded. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- In principle, our snowsports instructors teach in all weather conditions. Lessons and lesson fees will only be canceled in the event of weather or snow conditions that make skiing impossible. This decision is at the discretion of the ski school management.
- Travel expenses for the snowsports instructor will be charged additionally (the ski school provides information about the rates).
- The ski school is not liable for any agreements made personally with a snowsports instructor.
- We kindly ask you to address any complaints regarding ski and snowboard lessons directly to the ski school management.
- We reserve the right to make changes regarding instructor requests in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Group lessons take place with a minimum of four participants. For certain offers, the minimum number is three.
- Payment: Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain in which you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
Liability: The ski school is not liable for accidents during lessons or competitions. Subscriptions are non-transferable. A refund will only be granted in the event of an accident upon presentation of a local doctor's certificate. No reimbursement will be provided for unused tickets/coupons.
General rental conditions of the sports shops for rental, sales and service
Suvretta Sports School AG & Suvretta Sports Alpine Center AG
The renter confirms that they have received the equipment in perfect condition. The renter is obliged to report any damages or losses to the lessor. In the event of damage due to improper or negligent handling of the rental equipment, the renter is liable. Accident insurance is the responsibility of the renter. The lessor declines any liability. Theft and damage must be reported immediately. The renter is liable for stolen, lost, or damaged items at their full purchase price. Minor damages and material loss will be charged to the customer according to the price list of Suvretta Sports. If persons are injured and/or property damage occurs to third parties, or if a third party is involved as a possible (co-)cause, the police must be contacted immediately, and an accident report must be completed. A copy must be sent to Suvretta Sports School AG or Suvretta Sports Alpine Center AG.
